Duties
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco Wireless networks.
- Provide support for LAN, Wireless, and WLAN Engineering.
- Document information security guidance in step-by-step operational procedures.
- Work with the engineering team to investigate critically, escalated issues, and submit detailed bug reports.
- Design and implement predictive wireless designs.
- Handle critical vulnerabilities at the infrastructure level for enterprise networks.
- Perform Active and Passive surveys, AP Placements/ deployments, and WLAN/LAN implementation audits.
- Perform network validation and monitoring tasks.
Requirements
- Must have Master's degree or its foreign equivalent in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
- Education must include coursework in computer networks, wireless networks, network security and enterprise networks.
- Job at Sterling, VA, and other unanticipated client locations across the U.S.
